1. Introduction

1.1 Intelcraft Studio, a craft business for graphic design and promotion (in establishment), provides creative services to clients in Croatia and abroad, including branding, design, web development, printing, production of 3D signs and logos, and personalized corporate gifts.
1.2 By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Use of Website

2.1 You agree to use the website lawfully, in compliance with applicable regulations and without misuse.
2.2 The following is prohibited:

• copying, distributing, or modifying website content without authorization,
• using the website to harass, defraud, or infringe the rights of others,
• attempting unauthorized access to website systems or servers.

3. Services and Collaboration

3.1 All services are provided based on individual agreements and a written contract following the acceptance of a project proposal.
3.2 Clients can contact us via the contact form, social media (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Facebook), or by calling the phone number listed on our website.
3.3 Payment is made exclusively according to the issued quotation and proforma invoice. Project implementation begins upon receipt of payment.
3.4 Intelcraft Studio reserves the right to refuse or terminate collaboration if these terms are violated.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All copyrights and materials created during the project (designs, code, visuals, 3D models, printed products, etc.) remain the property of Intelcraft Studio until full payment is received.
4.2 After full payment, an Intellectual Property Transfer Agreement is signed, transferring rights to the client.
4.3 Unauthorized use of our designs, trademarks, or website content is strictly prohibited.
4.4 Intelcraft Studio reserves the right to display completed projects for promotional purposes (portfolio, website, social media), unless otherwise agreed by contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Intelcraft Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website or complete absence of errors.
5.2 We are not responsible for:

• indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services,
• data loss,
• service interruptions,
• third-party errors (e.g., hosting, suppliers, printers),
• materials provided by the client.

6. Revisions and Changes

The number of included revisions is defined individually in the project proposal or collaboration agreement. Any additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Intelcraft Studio commits to keeping all client-provided information and materials confidential unless explicit permission is granted for publication.

8. Changes to Terms

Intelcraft Studio may update these Terms of Service periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of such changes.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
All disputes shall be resolved before the Commercial Court in Zagreb.

11. Effective Date
